Mr. McHugh has acted as an advocate for his clients in many mediation conferences, both before and after a lawsuit has been filed. Mr. McHugh is also certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a Circuit-Civil Mediator. Although he vigorously pursues his clients’ litigation interests, he is sensitive to alternative dispute resolution opportunities to assist clients in reaching a favorable out-of-court settlement where desired.
